Capabilities
Program
updates
As we have a modular
structure to the program, it is possible to download the latest part
of the practice management system without having to resort to a full
update. If a full program update is required, we will send you a
CD-ROM and do the installation for you using the communications
package that comes with the system.
Telephone
support
We have a well
supported telephone call centre that can deal with all your enquires
from 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday and on Saturday 9.00am to
1.00pm.
On-line
training
When a major product
update has been installed we can do on-line training for that new
module. This is normally given to the person who has been designated
the system administrator who can then pass down the information to
the rest of the staff.
On-line database
updates
When
a new module or major product update has been installed we upgrade
the database to reflect any new changes.
